Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership and founders to drive sales and revenue, retention, user engagement and experience strategy across multiple GTMs

  • Enable a team of 250+ health coaches and managers to drive revenue and create a predictable and motivated sales engine

  • Enable a team of 50+ care buddies, therapists, doctors, customer support and control tower executives to deliver a superior user experience and optimize for NPS

  • Interface with product and tech teams to build/adopt tools to improve seamlessness and efficiency of lead management, lead processing, conversion, sales punching, data tracking and team management

  • Understand business needs and enable front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently

  • Drive performance and ensure implementation of sales frameworks and methodologies 

  • Serve as a powerful data analysis and reporting unit that can provide critical insights into sales process optimizations, performance metrics, training needs, territory/funnel assignment, growth forecasting and selection of CRM tools

  • Select key metrics to drive performance and ensure implementation of sales frameworks and methodologies

  • Design dashlets and ensure data sanity to give real time visibility to the senior leadership

  • Administer, synchronize and optimize technology stack including CRM

  • Ensure optimization of salesforce efficiency, lead processing efficiency and revenue per lead metrics

  • Content and knowledge base management

  • Design the right incentive scheme and ensure timely payouts

  • Work with marketing to fine-tune brand messaging and content using the trove of clients’ behavioral data

  • Work with marketing teams to generate new channels of lead generation and lead scoring

  • Work with marketing teams and founders to create demand forecasts based on which business requirements are designed

  • Improve recruiting practices and forecast hiring needs

  • Work with the function heads of Care Experience, Customer Support and Supply Chain to design and run experiments to optimize for engagement, user experience, NPS

  • Select key metrics to drive performance and ensure implementation of customer service frameworks and methodologies

  • Identify, define, manage, and drive ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategy to the company


  • 5-9+ years of experience across managing programs to drive sales, PnL, scaling multiple GTMs 

  • 3-7 years of work experience at a consumer tech start-up, preferably ed-tech, health-tech or consumer subscription services

  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative personality and the ability to build rapport with multiple functions and teams

  • Strong excel and quant skills to do data analysis and deliver executive level presentations 

  • Complete understanding of CRM, Telephony, LMS systems 

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus

  • Undergraduate degree with notable co-curricular achievements is a must

  • Seen scale of a minimum of 30 lakhs per day revenue and 250 orders per day scale; managed at least 250 people and 10+ senior managers

  • Previous entrepreneurial or founding team experience in a business role will be valued

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Healthcare enthusiast who believes in the mission of the company and is excited in building this together

  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if needed) to work closely with the team (this is not a remote role)
