Job Role
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in customer service, account management or similar domain.
Fluency in English & Hindi is a must. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc is a plus.
12th pass/undergraduate.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Stationed in Bangalore.
Basic understanding of working with computers, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
Excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills
