Job Role 

  • Take inbound calls to address customer queries.
  • Make outbound calls to engage customers who have bought subscriptions and ensure all the promised services are being provided to the customer.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure customers' issues are resolved on priority.
  • Delivery great customer experience through ownership, empathy and customer first approach.
  • Provide feedback to product and internal teams to improve the user experience through voice of customer.
  • Help in collection of  feedback on different aspects of the subscription plan like consultation,diet, therapy, and follow-up doctor consultations.


Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service, account management or similar domain.

  • Fluency in English & Hindi is a must. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc is a plus.

  • 12th pass/undergraduate.

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Stationed in Bangalore.

  • Basic understanding of working with computers, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.

  • Excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills

  • Salary-4.3 LPA + Incentive
