Job Role

  • Reach out to the entire customer base (outbound) periodically to check on medication adherence and efficacy

  • Seize opportunities to build comfort with the patients and handhold them in navigating through order fulfilment process accordingly

  • Control churn and redress grievances within a specified TAT

  • Gauge customer satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell wherever applicable

  • Analyse reasons for low retention levels among different customer segment and execute measures to improve it by coordinating with marketing, sales and fulfilment teams


  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Retention in a B2C healthcare startup/company is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the company’s growing customer base

  • Knack for tele-sales and ability to pacify customers during escalations

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus

  • Undergraduate degree
