Job Role
Reach out to the entire customer base (outbound) periodically to check on medication adherence and efficacy
Seize opportunities to build comfort with the patients and handhold them in navigating through order fulfilment process accordingly
Control churn and redress grievances within a specified TAT
Gauge customer satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell wherever applicable
Analyse reasons for low retention levels among different customer segment and execute measures to improve it by coordinating with marketing, sales and fulfilment teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Retention in a B2C healthcare startup/company is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with the company’s growing customer base
Knack for tele-sales and ability to pacify customers during escalations
Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages is a plus
